Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "222bt", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to the 222bt online betting and casino service accessible at https://222bt.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and API endpoints.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any natural person who registers for or accesses a 222bt account.
• "Account" means the personal player account registered and maintained by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or non-withdrawable incentive funds credited to your Account by 222bt.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount of eligible bets that must be settled before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" means all sportsbook, live casino, slots, and ancillary features offered through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are approved.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 222bt Platform — including browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in full, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and 222bt in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior oral or written understandings, representations, or agreements. Any waiver by 222bt of a breach of any term does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other term.

222bt reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your Account and cease all use of the Platform.

Eligibility & Registration

To register a 222bt Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are an individual natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are aged 21 years or older. 222bt does not permit access to minors under any circumstances. We enforce age verification as a condition of Account approval and reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 222bt or any of its affiliated game studio or payment partners.
• You do not currently hold, and have never held, any other Account on the 222bt Platform. Only one Account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion that you previously requested through the Platform or through any third-party responsible gaming service.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred BDT payment method. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure.

222bt reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons. Registration does not guarantee Account approval until KYC verification has been completed to our satisfaction.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered device or phone number. 222bt strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or betting syndicates.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

All transactions and wagers placed using your Account credentials are assumed to have been authorised by you. 222bt will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that occurs as a result of your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 222bt immediately by contacting [email protected]. 222bt will investigate and may temporarily freeze your Account pending the outcome of that investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at 222bt are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency is accepted. No currency conversion fee is applied at any stage of the cashier process.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Standard mobile money deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business hours depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawals: Before any withdrawal is processed, your Account must have completed KYC verification. You may only withdraw to a payment method that is registered in your own name and that has been used to make at least one prior deposit into your 222bt Account. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours (24/7, BST). Complex or large-value withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 48 hours.

Withdrawal Restrictions: Funds that have been credited as Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before the Wagering Requirement is satisfied will result in the removal of all Bonus Funds and associated bonus winnings from your Account.

222bt reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method verification — before approving any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

222bt does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., your bank or mobile money operator) may apply their own charges, for which 222bt bears no responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

222bt offers a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions (including BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh offers), and tournament prize pools. Each bonus or promotional offer is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including the applicable Wagering Requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry date. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms will prevail in respect of that promotion.

Welcome Bonus: New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the 222bt welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a Wagering Requirement that will be clearly stated on the promotions page before you opt in. The welcome bonus must be claimed within 30 days of registration. Unclaimed welcome bonuses will expire automatically.

The following conduct constitutes Bonus Abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds, associated winnings, and may lead to permanent Account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to meet Wagering Requirements through matched or hedged betting strategies.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to generate bets in order to clear Wagering Requirements.
• Placing bets that violate the minimum odds or game contribution restrictions specified in the promotion terms.

222bt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Decisions made by 222bt regarding the award, withholding, or reversal of bonus funds are final.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 222bt sportsbook are subject to the individual sport and market rules published within the relevant betting market. All casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game as supplied by the game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, or another certified provider). In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the data provided by 222bt's official data supplier or the game studio's certified RNG (Random Number Generator) result will be considered final.

222bt reserves the right to void bets placed in the following circumstances:

• Where a bet was placed after the official start of the event and the result was already known (late bet).
• Where a technical error caused incorrect odds or game parameters to be displayed.
• Where there is credible evidence that the player had access to insider information regarding the event outcome.
• Where the event is cancelled, abandoned, or ruled void by the relevant sporting authority.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant market or game interface and may be adjusted by 222bt at any time. 222bt reserves the right to restrict the maximum bet or payout available to any individual player account without providing reasons.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 222bt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in consequences including Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud: Any attempt to deceive 222bt through false identity, forged documents, chargebacks, or misrepresentation of personal information.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games, poker hands, or other player-versus-player interactions.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on sporting events where you have prior knowledge of or involvement in the fixing or manipulation of the event outcome.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering, operating, or using more than one Account on the Platform, whether directly or through a third party.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, AI agents, or any automated system to place bets, clear Wagering Requirements, or otherwise interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Taking advantage of software errors, misconfigured odds, RNG malfunctions, or display bugs to generate unlawful winnings.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, layer, or integrate the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Underage Access: Registering or permitting a person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.

222bt cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 222bt will preserve relevant account and transaction records and may share them with competent authorities without prior notice to the player.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 222bt Platform — including but not limited to the 222bt brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, odds presentation formats, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of 222bt or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any Platform content without prior written consent from 222bt.
• Use any 222bt trademark, logo, or brand element in any marketing, promotional, or commercial context.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Platform software.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or design elements.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 222bt and its licensors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 222bt shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of wagering opportunities, or damage to reputation.

222bt does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party infrastructure outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability. 222bt will endeavour to restore service promptly and will communicate material outages via the Platform where possible.

In all cases where 222bt's liability cannot be excluded by law, 222bt's aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 222bt's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Responsible Gaming

222bt is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products and player interactions. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, we strongly encourage you to make use of the tools available within your Account or to contact our support team immediately.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 222bt account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when set. Increases to deposit limits require a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Controls: Configure session duration reminders or automatic logouts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

The 222bt Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Age verification is enforced at registration and at the point of withdrawal. Privacy & Data

222bt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. The types of personal data collected include, but are not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, payment method identifiers, device information, IP address, and betting and transaction history. This data is used for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and regulatory compliance.

222bt does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with KYC verification partners, payment processors, game studios, and law enforcement authorities where required by law or these Terms.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to legal retention obligations. Amendments to These Terms

222bt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 222bt will provide notice by displaying a prominent update notification on the Platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, or by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information — may be made at any time without advance notice.

The version of the Terms displayed on the Platform at any given time constitutes the current binding agreement. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 14. Any outstanding real-money Balance in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after KYC verification is confirmed.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be interpreted and resolved in accordance with general principles of international commercial law applicable to online betting and gaming platforms operating in the Bangladesh market.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, a transaction, a bonus award, or any other Platform matter, you must first contact the 222bt support team at [email protected] and allow 222bt a reasonable opportunity of no less than 14 calendar days to investigate and respond. 222bt will treat all dispute submissions fairly and in good faith, and will provide a written response within that period.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. 222bt's internal decisions regarding bet settlements, bonus outcomes, and account status are considered final unless a material error of fact can be demonstrated.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to preserve rights or prevent irreparable harm.
